A little about me:

Roxanne 2026 YS HS.jpg

Creating a yoga exchange like this has been a dream of mine for a long time. A place where classes are available to anyone in exchange for a contribution of whatever amount students are able to offer. On this platform, I currently offer a live virtual class every Saturday morning.  I will also regularly upload new prerecorded classes to the library. I am grateful to be able to meet you where you are each day you visit, just as you meet me where I am. This is a simple exchange of energy. Some days we have more to offer than others.

To my new friends in Wilmington, you can currently find me teaching regularly at Terra Sol Santuary,  and starting at the end of October at Yoga Salt Studio. I also sub classes occasionally at Wrightsville Rec. Please see the "Upcoming Wilmington offerings" page for my current schedule.  I really look forward to getting to know you more.

To my former St. Louis students, I love you. I am happy I moved here AND I miss you all a lot. You will always and forever be my yoga home.  I hope taking one of my classes on here  helps to keep my voice alive and well within your head (if you like me there of course :) ).

And to those of you that are new to me, welcome. Please join me in live classes here or Wilmington and introduce yourself. I would love the opportunity to know you and be a small part of your yoga journey.

That's all for now. I'll see you on your mat,

         Roxanne

Hi there! My name is Roxanne and I am grateful you made your way here. Whether you are brand new to yoga or you've been around the block a few times, I hope you will find something here that serves you.

In January 2026, I packed up my life and moved from St. Louis MO to Wilmington NC. The ocean has been calling me my entire life, and now I know why. While leaving the safety of a strong network of support is a scary move, I am grateful I took the leap.

With all the space this move created in my life , I have been able to sit with myself in longer periods of quiet which has brought so much clarity for me.  I have fallen in love all over again, not only with my life, but with teaching yoga.

I've been practicing yoga since 1999 and teaching yoga since 2010. Over the years I've taught in studios, owned a yoga studio, taught private sessions, stepped away, returned, and discovered that every season has shaped the teacher I am today.
